Character Design: Body Shapes

Sheets presenting the process of figuring out the body shapes of the villain, hero and sidekick. It is still in progress but it's slowly getting there:

 There is also a new detail to the story - after selling his soul to the demon the human scientist is slowly losing control over his body and mind. It is followed by changes in his physical appearance. By the end of the process he looks more like a demon than a human being.

    Rough sketches... yeah right! I quite like the small imp personally, I think it seems much less humanoid and more like something creepy from the depths when it's smaller. I especially like the poses below, great presentation and I can really feel the pain (literally) from that press up sgt. major pose!
